Ana is a dedicated and experienced primary teacher with a strong passion for education and child development. Alongside her teaching role, she contributes to a European Union–sponsored education project and supports children through personalised learning tailored to their individual needs. She also specialises in preparing pupils for 11+ examinations, helping them build confidence and develop the skills needed for success. Known for her positive, kind and organised approach, Ana creates a supportive and inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive.

Clare Moody
Clare is a passionate, creative and effective educator with valuable experience teaching in a range of classroom environments. She has a strong background in supporting pupils of all abilities, delivering highly personalised lessons tailored to each child’s individual needs. Clare is particularly skilled at building positive, trusting relationships with her students, helping them feel confident and motivated to learn. With a student-centred approach and a broad range of teaching strategies, she creates fun, engaging and inspiring learning experiences that support strong progress.

Mel is passionate about tutoring because it provides the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships with students. When children feel calm and comfortable, their confidence grows and they begin to recognise the progress they are making. She believes learning should be positive, supportive and enjoyable, and creates sessions where pupils feel relaxed, motivated and encouraged to succeed. Mel’s tutoring style is calm, patient and nurturing, using a range of engaging activities tailored to each child’s individual needs and learning style to build confidence and develop key skills.

Abbi is a highly experienced primary tutor with over 10 years of expertise in education. She delivers tailored, engaging lessons for children aged 4–11, supporting both mainstream learners and those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, ADHD and dyslexia. With a compassionate, patient and adaptable approach, Abbi creates a nurturing learning environment where every child feels valued, supported and empowered to thrive.

Sally Reason
Sally is a passionate and dedicated primary teacher with a nurturing, child-centred approach. She has valuable experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including 1:1 work with pupils who require additional support. Sally is particularly skilled at adapting learning to meet a wide range of SEND needs, helping children feel confident and successful. Holding a BA in English Literature and a PGCE in Primary Education, she combines strong subject knowledge with compassionate teaching. She believes positive relationships are key to successful learning and creates a calm, inclusive environment where every child feels supported and able to thrive.

Jane Goodison
Jane is a highly experienced Primary and SEND specialist with over 30 years working with children and young people from early years through to age 16. She is passionate about helping learners discover a love of learning, using practical, engaging and fun approaches tailored to each child’s starting point. Jane has extensive experience supporting pupils with SEND and neurodiversity, ensuring learning is accessible and meaningful for all. With a strong background in teaching phonics and reading through games and reading for pleasure, she helps children build confidence and core skills. Her teaching is rooted in a creative, topic-based approach that inspires curiosity while strengthening learning across the curriculum.

Sarah is a highly experienced primary school teacher with over 16 years in education. She is skilled in delivering engaging, tailored lessons for both mainstream learners and those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, dyslexia and ADHD. Sarah has extensive expertise in phonics teaching and screening, helping children develop strong early reading skills and confidence as learners. She is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and able to succeed. Through her calm, nurturing and adaptable approach, Sarah supports pupils to reach their full potential both academically and personally.

Claire is a dedicated and compassionate teacher with over 25 years of experience supporting children and young people with a wide range of learning and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. She is highly skilled in creating safe, structured and inclusive learning environments that promote emotional regulation, resilience and academic progress. Claire is committed to building trusting relationships and implementing tailored behaviour support strategies that help every learner develop confidence and positive self-esteem. Her calm, nurturing approach enables pupils to feel secure, understood and motivated to achieve their full potential.

Emily is a dedicated primary school teacher who is passionate about helping children succeed and reach their full potential. With expertise in English and Maths, she has extensive experience preparing pupils for Year 6 SATs and the phonics screening check. She has a strong interest in reading and creative writing, encouraging a love for storytelling and literacy in young learners. Emily is committed to creating engaging, supportive learning environments that build confidence, inspire curiosity and promote academic success.

Jess is an experienced primary school teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, supporting children across the full primary curriculum. She also offers specialist teaching in English and French up to GCSE level and has experience teaching ESOL to adult learners. With a PGCE specialising in French and a degree in English and French, Jess combines strong subject knowledge with a supportive and engaging teaching style. She provides support for SATs preparation, phonics screening, and general literacy and maths development, helping pupils build confidence and achieve their full potential. Jess has experience working with children of varying needs and abilities, tailoring sessions to individual learners and personalising lessons around pupil interests to promote progress and success.

Harriet is a highly experienced and fully qualified teacher with over 10 years of expertise in education. She provides tailored support across the full primary curriculum, helping pupils build strong foundations in key subjects and grow in confidence as learners. Harriet has extensive experience preparing children for 11+ examinations, supporting them to develop the skills, strategies and resilience needed for success. Her nurturing and structured approach ensures that students not only master essential content but also strengthen their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Lucy Miller
Lucy is an experienced primary tutor who supports children across all subjects from ages 4–11, with a particular specialism in literacy. She has extensive experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with moderate to severe speech, language and communication difficulties. Lucy has supported pupils with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), hearing impairment and Down Syndrome. She is currently studying part-time at the University of Sheffield on the postgraduate MMedSci Speech & Language Therapy course, further developing her specialist expertise.

Oliver is a highly experienced teacher with a First Class degree in Primary PGCE Education and a strong track record of working with children aged 3–14. He provides tailored support across core subjects, including SATs preparation and phonics screening, delivering engaging and motivating lessons that meet each child’s individual needs. Oli’s supportive and structured approach helps pupils make strong academic progress while building confidence, resilience and a positive attitude towards learning. Secondary Maths Teacher
Heather Butler
Heather is a dedicated GCSE and A-Level Maths tutor with extensive experience teaching across all secondary levels. She delivers tailored lessons designed to meet each student’s individual needs, creating engaging and enjoyable sessions that build confidence and motivation. Heather encourages a positive mindset towards learning, emphasising the value of mistakes as an important part of progress and understanding. Her supportive and structured approach helps students develop strong mathematical skills and reach their full potential.

Lewis Thompson
ewis is a dedicated secondary Maths tutor supporting students at both GCSE and A-Level. With a Maths degree from the University of Leeds and six years of secondary school teaching experience, he has strong subject knowledge and a clear, structured teaching style. Lewis is passionate about helping students build confidence by breaking down challenging concepts into manageable, approachable steps. His lessons focus on active engagement, encouraging students to think independently, explore different methods and develop strong problem-solving skills. By identifying the root of misunderstandings, Lewis helps students make meaningful progress and achieve their full potential.

Secondary Maths and Science Teacher
Greg Sly
Greg is a fully qualified teacher of science and maths with a Master’s degree in Physics and Sports Science, having studied all three sciences to degree level. Students who work with Greg can expect engaging, energetic lessons that build strong understanding and spark curiosity in STEM subjects. Each session begins with diagnostic questions to identify gaps in knowledge, allowing teaching to be carefully tailored to individual needs. Passionate about science and maths, Greg uses demonstrations, practical activities and interactive approaches to make learning memorable, enjoyable and effective.
